Bridget is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs, Clinical Manager and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Deputy Practice Manager
Maggie assists Bridget in managing the Practice and is specifically responsible for our computerised appointments system. She also looks after our Information Technology and ensures that we offer the most up to date ways for patients to access records, contact the Practice, make online appointments and order their prescriptions.
Claire oversees the Practice data which helps us to manage chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Asthma and Coronary Heart Disease. She ensures that patients are regularly informed when their checks are due and assists the Practice Nurses in arranging appointments for follow-ups.
Marie manages a team of Receptionists working both behind the scenes in our Admin Room answering your calls, arranging appointments and prescriptions and at our Desk on the first floor greeting patients when they arrive for consultations.
Christine is responsible for management of the correspondence workflow. She ensures that all letters and discharge summaries are correctly allocated, recorded and filed electronically in the patient medical records.
Alison looks after both our new registrations and outgoing patients. She ensures that all paperwork and necessary checks are completed promptly and that we have all the correct information to enable registration.

Nikki assists Marie in managing our team of Receptionists ensuring the day to day running of patient contacts is working smoothly.
